These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website flowfieldbase.click and your enrolment in training programs offered by FlowField Technical School ("FlowField," "we," "us"), a training provider registered and operating at 291 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services described

FlowField provides in-person and video-based technical analysis training, including workshops, fundamentals classes, mentorship sessions, and market review attendance. We provide education only. We do not manage client funds, execute trades on your behalf, provide personalised investment advice regulated under securities law, or guarantee trading results.

3. Enrolment and payment

Program fees are stated on our rates page and confirmed in writing before payment. A deposit may be required to reserve a seat. Remaining balances are due on the date specified in your enrolment confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, worksheets, recorded sessions, website content, logos, and branding are owned by FlowField or our licensors. You may use printed and digital materials for personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course recordings without written permission.

5. Conduct in the classroom

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and peers. We may remove a participant without refund for harassment, recording sessions without consent, or sharing other students' trade details without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Training is provided "as is." We do not warrant that participation will improve your trading results. Past instructor experience does not predict future market outcomes. You are solely responsible for decisions made in your brokerage accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, FlowField and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at programs, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-party links and images

Our site may reference external charting platforms or image sources. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes to enrolled participants will be communicated by email where practicable.
