Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training programs offered by FlowField Technical School at 291 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact for refund requests: info@flowfieldbase.click or +8488124783.

1. Workshop and class enrolments

Cancellation by participant

More than 14 days before start: Full refund of deposit and any additional payments made.
7–14 days before start: Deposit is non-refundable; any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full.
Fewer than 7 days before start: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge if we receive written notice at least 48 hours before the first session.

Cancellation by FlowField

If we cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrolment or instructor illness, you receive a full refund within fourteen business days or priority placement in the next available cohort — your choice.

2. Mentorship sessions

Single sessions: full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund, but one reschedule permitted within thirty days.
Four-session packages: unused sessions refunded at the single-session rate minus a 10% administrative fee if you cancel after the first session has occurred.

3. Market Open Review attendance

Per-session fees are refundable if you cancel before 17:00 ICT the business day prior. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Sessions already attended
Deposits forfeited under the timelines above
Corporate on-site training after curriculum materials have been customised

5. Partial refunds during a program

If you withdraw after a workshop begins due to serious illness or relocation, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cohort, calculated as unused sessions minus a 20% administrative fee. Documentation may be requested. No cash refund is guaranteed after the program start date.

6. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a completed session for mentorship and market review bookings. Workshop no-shows do not receive refund for missed sessions but may access recorded materials if included in the program.

7. Rescheduling

Workshop cohort dates are fixed. If you need to defer before the cancellation deadlines, you may move to the next cohort once at no charge. A second deferral incurs a 500,000 VND rebooking fee.

8. Refund process and timing

Submit refund requests by email with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original bank account within fourteen business days. Bank transfer fees may be deducted where applicable.

9. Deposits

Deposits reserve limited seats and are applied to your total fee. Deposit terms follow the cancellation windows in section 1.

10. Exceptions

We may make exceptions for documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions. Contact us to discuss your situation.
